Here at Evil Queen we believe firmly in standing up for human rights for all people. Every person deserves the right to feel safe in their own skin and not feel discriminated against for their identity. Evil Queen was founded by an immigrant and these causes are very near and dear to our hearts. We do not support ICE brutally murdering anyone, regardless of citizenship status. We will always stand up for what is right.

 

Scent description: Resinous woody notes combine with sweet smoke in a blend of incense, smoke, oud, resin (frankincense, myrrh, amber), and musk. A hint of a spearmint and leather top this candle off. This candle is the same scent as our beloved Burn It Down candle.

ACLU: Your donation helps to fund strategic litigation, advocacy, and organizing needed to take on ICE and Border Patrol abuses and violations, help to pave a path to citizenship for thousands, and uphold all our civil liberties. The ACLU works in courts, legislatures, and communities to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties that the Constitution and the laws of the United States guarantee everyone in this country.

 

Immigration Justice Campaign:  We provide free legal services for immigrants who would otherwise have to navigate our complicated immigration system without a lawyer. Through connections with on-the-ground partners, we reach clients including those in ICE detention and those claiming asylum based on LGBTQ+ and other marginalized identities.

 

Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota:  The Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota (ILCM) is a nonprofit organization that provides free immigration legal representation to low-income immigrants and refugees in Minnesota and North Dakota. ILCM also works to educate the community about immigration matters and advocates for public policies which respect the universal human rights of immigrants.

 

Women's Foundation of Minnesota: (Immigrant Rapid Response Fund) 

The Immigrant Rapid Response Fund (IRRF) is a coalition of philanthropic leaders rooted in communities most impacted by immigration-related harm. IRRF ensures that resources move quickly, responsibly, and with community accountability to trusted organizations responding to immigration-related emergencies across Minnesota.As enforcement actions, policy changes, and sudden disruptions continue to impact immigrant and refugee families, IRRF provides rapid, community-informed funding to organizations on the frontlines of response, care, and protection.Your support enables rapid, community-informed decisions with immediate impact.
